Job Description

Location: Whitsett, NC

Hours: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $16.25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Receipt of Incoming Materials:
Count and verify incoming materials against shipping documents (packing lists, bills of lading).
Enter goods into the warehouse system based on purchase orders or advanced ship notices, noting discrepancies and collaborating with the Receiving Technician to resolve issues.
Validate the condition and quantities of returned materials against return authorizations, documenting any discrepancies.

Order Fulfillment:

Use pick lists or handheld devices to remove materials from stock for the order fill area.
Load products into designated packages or onto pallets according to order requirements, verifying counts and capturing data using barcode scanners and manual input.
Complete packaging of orders in accordance with established guidelines, applying labels and inserting necessary documents.

Shipping Transactions:

Perform shipment transactions for outgoing orders, verifying shipment counts and ensuring packaging integrity.
Prepare shipment documents and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate loading and marking.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
