Audi of Charlotte is looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our award-winning team as Service Porters / Valets. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door with a dealership that promotes from within and values professionalism, teamwork, and precision.

As a Service Porter, you’ll be the first impression our clients receive. You’ll keep our vehicle flow running smoothly, provide shuttle service, maintain the service drive, and assist with operational tasks that keep everything moving like a well-oiled machine.

Your Role: Service Porter / Valet:

• Keep our lots moving and organized
• Shuttle customers to nearby locations when needed
• Manage parking logistics and support traffic flow across customer and staff areas
• Park, retrieve, and relocate vehicles with care and precision
• Make key tags and assist with vehicle documentation
• Clean and maintain the service lane, driveway, and sidewalks as needed
• Support daily operations with flexibility and teamwork

 
Requirements – Service Porter / Valet:

• Fast-paced multitasker with a good attitude and strong work ethic
• Friendly, professional, and helpful to every visitor
• Entry-level experience welcomed – we’ll help you advance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• High school diploma or equivalent
